Craigslist is about getting the word out about everyday, and real-world stuff. Some restoring the human voice to the Internet, in a humane, non-commercial environment and keeping things simple, common-sense, down-to-earth, honest, very real.

- Plain looking site with simple navigation. Easy to locate what you are looking for with excellent search capabilities within the site
- Fast loading site: no advertising, no flash or graphics, no pop up ads
How does it anticipate user/customer needs/wants?
- The site knows automatically what region you are logging on from and shows the local "craigslist.org" site for you.
- The site covers major U.S. metropolitan areas plus Canada (Monteral, Toronto, Vancouver) and London, England
- Provides useful outside links applicable. For instance, in the "For Sale" site; it may provide you with a website link for more information or a picture of the product; in the "Jobs" site, it provides links to their company's website and an email link to apply for the position.
What value does it give to users?
